So, recently I heard about this company called @everlywell that has these really neat lab tests you can do from home.

After I received my lab kit, 📦I decided it was time to take it, it was super easy to do. I just logged in online, 📱typed in the numbers that came on my box, washed my hands, followed the directions on how to do it. I used a lancet to get some blood, and put it on the card that came with the kit. (Everything you need including return label— comes in the kit) After that, I let the card dry, put a bandage on my finger, put it in the biohazard bag (& return shipping bag), and put it in my mail box. 📬 It took about 4 business days to receive my results for the food sensitivities test!
