Since reading this book, I thought it was time to update you guys, and let you know how I’m feeling, and what I’ve thought about the ‘Always Eat After 7 PM’ book.
It’s unbelievable how much better I feel, how much more energy I have, and how my overall health is better than ever! I have stayed within the guidelines of this book, and followed it step by step in order to get the results I’ve wanted! I can honestly day that I DO notice a HUGE difference since beginjng this journey with the ‘ALWAYS EAT AFTER 7 PM’ book! I achieved my first goal (read first blog post about the book & start of the journey HERE) within a week or so of strictly following the book. My goal was to have more energy because as a mom, we all know how much energy is required when having littles! I use to always feel like I didn’t have enough and was so tired until I found this book.
